This Halloween, we are bringing it back to our favorite creepy cult classics…

1. Dracula (1931)

Vampires are hot right now. Twilight wouldn’t be a dribble of blood without this staple freaky film. From a totally different era, Dracula will take you back in time to the O.V. (Original Vampire).

2. The Haunting (1963)

Don’t have time to visit a haunted house this Halloween season? Not to worry. This film will spook you silly in the privacy of your own home with it’s mind-boggling insanity.

3. Night of the Living Dead (1968)

It might be in black & white, but the terror in this film is bold & bright. Thank you, Night of the Living Dead, for inventing the living-dead-monster-human that we know as our beloved zombie.

4. The Exorcist (1973)

Intense, disturbing and controversial. Anyone who has seen this film will tell you to watch it. With a friend. In daylight.

5. The Adams Family (1991)

You know, just your average American family… a zombie, a vampire and a disembodied hand named “Thing”. An always refreshing mashup of our beloved horror film archetypes.

Now go grab that bowl of candy, que up the Netflix & flip off the lights. Or don’t.
