A Night to Remember at newportFILM’s 15-Year Anniversary Summer Benefit
On Saturday, July 19th, newportFILM celebrated its 15-year anniversary with an unforgettable Summer Benefit at IYRS’s Restoration Hall in Newport, RI. Presented by the Stratus Foundation/FlyAdvanced, the evening brought the community together in celebration of documentary film and raised significant funds in support of newportFILM’s mission to build community and inspire change through the power of documentary storytelling.
As the organization’s largest fundraiser of the year, the Summer Benefit plays a vital role in supporting free newportFILM Outdoors screenings, year-round programming, and educational initiatives such as Edu, Documentary Unbound, and the Cinematography Lab.
A heartfelt thank you to Golds Wine and Spirits and McGrath Clambakes and Catering for their generous contributions, which helped make the evening truly special.
