The documentary feature of Ayrton Senna, perhaps the greatest race-car driver who ever lived, spans the racing legend’s years as an F1 driver, from his opening season in 1984 to his untimely death a decade later.  As a Brazilian in a predominantly European sport, he had to fight hard both on (against his nemesis, French World Champion Alain Prost) and off (against the politics which infest the sport) the track. This award-winning film charts his physical and spiritual achievements, his quest for perfection, and the mythical status he has since attained.
